Off the back of another hugely successful season, Torpoint AFC are seeking a motivated Manager to take charge of our St Piran League Division One East Runners-Up Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a coach or aspiring manager looking to start in their post playing journey aiming to play a part in the TAFC player development pathway at the heart of the Torpoint community. The Team plays a central role in fostering young talent and preparing players for higher levels of senior football within the Torpoint AFC structure whilst liaising directly with our Under 18, 16 & 15 groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of team performance.
Focus on providing a platform for youth players, supporting their transition from Youth to senior football.
Retain a strong nucleus of players that will hold the values of the club at their core.
Work closely with the management structure of the club to ensure player progression where appropriate.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

Ideal Candidate:

- FA Level 1/2 coaching badge (or working towards).
- Completion of Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to ensure suitable to work with Under 18 players.
- Completion of mandatory FA Qualifications upon appointment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
